Presented with Juliette Cavendish on the Collateral Damage of Late Diagnosis. I spoke specifically about clinical applications of exercise physiology for a client with ADHD.
I had the good fortune of being invited to speak on a panel at the Dive In Festival 2025 hosted by Marsh, DXC and IAG in Sydney. The panel was about ADHD in the workplace and I spoke on the role of exercise and movement to improve talent recruitment, retention, workplace satisfaction and productivity.
ESSA hosts the Research to Practice Conference every second year to bring together clinicians and leading researchers to support the translation of academic research into clinical practice. I was fortunate to have a poster presentation on my systematic review of Exercise in Adults with ADHD.

Providing education for clinicians is an important part of my mission as The ADHD EP. Through Exercise and Sports Science Australia I presented on Exercise for ADHD including principles and considerations of exercise prescription.
