I'm Ewan, an Exercise Physiologist and PhD candidate at the University of Sydney studying exercise in adults with ADHD, and I also have ADHD.
I've always been active but my passion for exercise physiology was sparked when I injured my back rowing in high school. This lead to an exacerbation of symptoms and ultimately a diagnosis.
Being on the forefront of discovery provides both passion and purpose for me. People with ADHD (like me) deserve comprehensive support and care yet we can't provide that care if we don't have clear answers to many questions.
My goal is to answer (at least some of) these questions so you can get the most out of movement for your ADHD and overall health and wellbeing.
If you have ever felt that spark of revelation when you understand a new concept you'll understand why I love creating that moment for others.
The goal of The ADHD EP is to translate research to practice, providing accessible & applicable takeaways that clinicians and consumers can implement immediately.
